Last week, we had a super fun engagement session with Vanessa and Carlos. I was very excited that we were able to shoot at a location that I've had my eye on since we moved here. I was just waiting for the right session, and this was it. We had a blast as we captured the love that Vanessa and Carlos share for one another. We can't wait for the wedding!

Trust

It means the world to us when our clients have absolute faith in us. Our shooting locations are not your typical beautiful gardens, and they can be deceiving at first site. Since moving to the valley, we've been on the lookout for eccentric and beautiful places that embody our photography style. We've got a few on our list, and we visited two of those spots last weekend for a bridal shoot. Melissa had complete trust in us, and I'm glad she did. Here are two of my most favorites from the shoot. She looks beautiful..

My Favorite

We're back from our trip to Cozumel! Omar and I had such a good time and we were able to just relax and catch up on some much needed R&R.

Anyone who knows me knows that my most favorite subjects to shoot are newborns. I just love them. So after a week long vacation, I came home to a very nice treat. Little Aiden was such a sweetheart. He slept to his heart's content throughout the entire session -- allowing me to shoot to my heart's content...

Our second honeymoon

This year, Omar and I will be celebrating our five year wedding anniversary with a trip to beautiful Cozumel, Mexico. We are looking forward to a very much needed vacation, relaxing near a beach of white sand and clear blue water.

But before we leave, we wanted to share pictures from the Dallas wedding we shot last weekend. We had such a great time and we captured very beautiful moments of Beth and Jonathan’s wedding.

Dallas Wedding

We are heading out to Dallas tomorrow afternoon to shoot a wedding this weekend. I am really looking forward to being back in a place so dear to my heart. I can't wait to be on the Dallas tollways, to tune into my favorite Dallas radio stations and most of all, to see my Dallas friends. I must admit that I am a little homesick. But before we head out, we wanted to share a few pictures from one of our last bridal sessions. This dress is just stunning -- oh how I love ball gowns!
